The large balcony stood out, providing a great outdoor area to enjoy the warm weather. The location near the train station was perfect, making it easy to explore Toulouse. Staff were very friendly, which I appreciated a lot. The kitchenette was well-equipped with essential items, though the kitchenware could use an upgrade as some pieces were missing. I faced a problem with the safe in the room that took nearly the entire stay to fix, but it didn’t affect my peace of mind too much. I missed having air conditioning, especially with temperatures hitting 26 degrees. The fan provided by the desk manager helped, but I wished air conditioning had been available. The WiFi was also a bit slow, particularly during evenings when I wanted to stream. Overall, a solid choice, but a few updates are needed, especially regarding amenities and air conditioning.
